“When I come and talk about real estate, the recurring word is location,” he began. “On this basis, the real estate value of the properties you buy or rent is priced. Location in Israel has many dimensions. When you look at the country geographically, it is a narrow and long country. Therefore, in order to run our business or provide a service, we need to be located in a place called the ‘money belt’. That is, the area that has the most customers who have money in their pockets to consume my services. If you look at the country’s silver belt, in the beginning it was between Hadera and Gedera, but in recent years, thanks to transportation, Route 6 has created a very fundamental change that is still in its infancy. Little by little, the population in Israel will disperse and grow outside the center.”

“I would define Israel as a city state, as we know it from the United States,” he added. “Despite this size, we understand that it is just a small country and that the economically active part of it is even smaller. The importance of three roads, road 2, road 4 and road 6 is very important. This is how the whole market relates to ports and roads, to know where to place our business activity. In the long term, the companies that operate the logistics will need quick access to Route 6, and they will always want to locate near it.”
Levy ended his words with a road that we must remember the next time we think about where to locate our business. “The rule in logistics is very simple – if not You paid the price per dunam, you will pay the price in fuel,” he ruled. “This is the alternative. That’s why a lot of the entities that deal with distribution pay the crazy prices that we as consumers pay in the end for the price of the product. You can come and shout about the cost of living, but you have to understand that the recently rampant prices in the logistics sector are caused because this product is in short supply.
